Summer Hockey

Everybody is welcome to register for our Summer Hockey!

We will start with the mixed 7-a-side tournament on Thursday evenings running for 6 weeks from May 8th to June 12th. Then the mixed 11-a-side tournament on Thursdays for 6 weeks from June 19th to July 24th. Timings will be approx 7pm - 8:30pm

All sessions are open to non-members, you just need to register on our player platform on Teamo (see below) & then fill in the sign up form (link below). We hope to run all our summer hockey is at Wilberforce Road Sports Ground, but may use St Catz as an overflow pitch if the 11-a-side proves very popular.

Tournaments (Thursdays)

• Thursday evenings
• 7-a-side (mixed) - May 8th to June 12th - £18 per player for the 6 weeks
• 11-a-side (mixed) - June 19th to July 24th - £7.50/£5.50 a game

Open to everyone 13+, all teams will be mixed gender and ability.

Not ideal for beginners, but suitable for everyone else.

You can enter a team with friends or give us your details and we will assign you a team toplay with.

Don't worry if you miss some weeks, we will be allocating squad sizes to cater for this. Team colours will be allocated once we've sorted out the squads, and squads/fixtures will be managed in Teamo.

Players must be on Teamo (see below).

*Any juniors who sign up who are new to 'senior' hockey, we may just need to double check with your age group coach.

Non members, including junior players, are welcome to take part in summer hockey at CCHC. If you would like to participate in our Summer Hockey programme, please use the following link to register with the CCHC player platform on Teamo.

You will be asked to select a 'Club Section/Team' - please select 'Summer Hockey 2025 - new adult registration', or if you are a parent registering a young person, 'Summer Hockey 2025 - new junior registration'.

Our admins try to approve new registrations within 24 hours. The club will be then be in touch with further information about sessions & how to book/pay.

For new Junior Summer Hockey Players who are aged 13 and over we will be in touch to confirm which of our sessions you hope to attend. If you have not played senior hockey before, we may need to ask about your hockey experience and to check that it is ok for you to play with senior players.
