A member of CCHC for 18 years, Webby has served the club as a player (representing every men's team), coach for every senior side, unmpire, committee member, team manager, and captain.
His "why" is, and always has been, the people who make the club. CCHC is close to his heart, having provided a vital community sanctuary during his recovery from Guillain-Barré syndrome paralysis and mental health challenges. He is determined that everyone should feel that same safety and support.
Outside of the club, Webby brings a wealth of international hockey and sports sector experience to the role. A National League umpire in England and formerly in Belgium, and a EuroHockey League manager, he has served on the committees of the NPUA and the Hockey Writers’ Club. Professionally, he is an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) specialist who has worked with organisations such as England Hockey, the Youth Sport Trust, and Sporting Equals, as well as collaborating with Tess Howard MBE on Inclusive Sportswear. His professional background also spans international brand development with Decathlon and environmental work with UNEP-WCMC.
As Chair, Webby is committed to our club being high-performing both on the pitch and off it, through a vibrant, inclusive culture.

Sharon has been a member of CCHC since university (apart from a break from hockey when her children were young), both as a player & volunteer. She has had various roles over the years including fixtures, and umpiring secretary, and became Safeguarding & Welfare Officer in 2018 when Andy Richardson convinced her it 'didn't involve much work at all'.
Since then she has been acquiring roles! She also supports Teamo & GMS, helps with junior membership, umpires, and (very) occasionally still pulls on a shirt for the W7 and o45s.
Stuart joined CCHC when he took up hockey in 2016 rather than shiver on the side watching his children. He plays for our M5s and 6s. Stuart joined the committee in 2019 as our Umpire Liaison Officer, but when his daughter graduated into the U16s in 2020, he soon found himself helping strengthen the policies and approach to managing our newish youth section, and driving our plan to expand to U12s and beyond.
He has now taken on the role of Youth Chairman, overseen our expansion to U6, and our application to hopefully secure Talent Centre Accreditation for the 2025/26 season. Stuart is also one of our club photographers.
During my playing career I received 58 International caps and won Club honours with some of the top performing teams in England and Europe.
I greatly enjoyed working within the CCHC Youth programme last year alongside a group of dedicated coaches and Club officials.
I am a teacher at Perse School and was Head of Hockey from 2014-2020. Having overseen the development of many talented players in the boys and girls game over my teaching career, I am greatly looking forward to utilising my playing and coaching experience and passion for the sport in the role of Youth Head Coach at CCHC.

Tim joined CCHC as a Veteran in 2007 and has played hockey for over 45 years at various clubs and levels as his career took him around the country.

Rob has been a member of the club since 2012, and took up the role of treasurer in 2015. He has had various roles over the years, including captain of the M4 and umpiring. After a decade in post, Rob has hung up his calulator & handed over the role of treasurer, but remains as a Director of the club’s company limited by guarantee.
Mark joined in 1991 from Neston. He has over 50 years experience, playing, officiating, and captaining, and ran the juniors for 10 years. Mark is a past CCHC committee member and president, and most recently Club Chairman, stepping down after 8 years at the end of the 2025-26 season. He remains as a Director of our Limited company.
