As Woollams is a school owned site there are some site rules that all visitors must adhere to:
- No dogs are allowed on site, even in vehicles, unless service dogs
- Only players, coaches and officials involved in matches are allowed on the playing surface. There is a spectator viewing area next to the pitch for any parents to use.
- The school building (nearest the pitch) is out of bounds for any visitors even if open. The Old Albanian's rugby clubhouse will be open for refreshments and toilets (the light blue Clubhouse on the site map).
