It was double success for our U12 Girls & U12 Boys at the England Hockey East Area Championship last weekend 🏆🏆 Both teams are off to the England Hockey National Finals in Nottingham on 7 May.
This is an amazing acheivement for the club, and a testament not only to the players on the day, but the amazing group of girls,boys, coaches & parents we have across our U12 age groups, who have supported and pushed each other all year.
A brilliant day at hosts Harleston Magies for the U12 Girls. The girls were unbeaten all day, conceding only 1 goal all competition! They beat a very good Bishop Stortford team 2-0 in the final to qualify for the England Hockey In2 National Finals in Nottingham on 7 May.
Huge congratulations to all the girls and their coaches, Andy Herriot & Anne-Marie Garner 🏆🥳

Despite an early group loss to Harlston Magpies, the boys played great hockey to remain undefeated for the rest of the tournament. The final was a rematch with Magpies, City coming out on top 1-0 in a high quality encounter, and will contest their second successive National Finals in Nottingham on 7 May. What an acheivement!
